On check in even though I told staff I had already pain for my stay they insisted on charging me again , and said that I had only reserved the stay with my credit card . They hours later called and said they had made a mistake and would reverse the charges made . At least they admitted fault I do appreciate that ,but maybe more training is needed . I would still stay at this hotel again .

Perfect stay right by the airport and it's connected to the mall which was a big plus. The room was nice with a great view. Love the complimentary water and the food was decent for a hotel. This was my first stay since I arrived so late but definitely would stay here again. The roof top pool was nice just wish I got to experience the pool bar.

Quiet and comfortable. The hotel is attached to a mall which had several dining options. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The free shuttle to the airport runs on time every 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was charming and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. We were on the 6th floor and when we tried to go to sleep it was very noisy from what we think was another room. There as also some type of announcing going on in the area that was very loud. The City Mall was right there so that gives other food options if you don’t want to dine at the hotel restaurant. I would recommend this hotel but ask for a room on the mall side. I think that would be quieter.
