Communication was excellent from the very beginning. The arrival greeting was personable and informative. This family appears to be oriented around making sure guests are cared for. Important note: I almost canceled because their listing shows a check-in at 4:30. It's actually 3:00. This property is in a sweet and private gated neighborhood. I missed the not-so-obvious driveway (situated between two road front buildings) the first time but it's difficult to navigate and drive by yourself. Adriana met me out front. An appealing feature is the lack of stairs so it will be easy for anyone with mobility concerns or obnoxious bags. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is a generous size with a great shower The a/c and fan both worked very well. I appreciate small things such as the long shelf great for laying out your stuff, the table with 2 chairs and the conveniently placed electric outlets. So happy not to have to crawl under furniture or behind the bed! Being in the flight path, I was worried about possible noise but I was pleasantly surprised that their soundproofing does a good job inside the room. Plus, only a couple of planes passed over and nothing during the night. I also heard nothing from other rooms. I got a lovely night of sleep. I usually spend the night before an early flight back to the States and will definitely stay here again. Leaving at appallingly early hours is easy and nobody gets disturbed. This is a perfect property for travelers needing access to the San Jose Airport and many car rental companies. The property is gated, with street parking in front of the facility. The open kitchen allows guest access to use of fridge, microwave, coffee and water and eating area. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable with spacious bathrooms. No AC but ceiling fan in room. Note that this is a CASH only facility which caught me by surprise. The host was also gracious to allow us to drop luggage early before the 3 pm check in.

Ok place if you have a quick layover in San Jose. Was clean and safe. Staff are weird and creepy. Location is horrible.

Low-class guest that fought the entire time here, swearing at each other in the room. Our staff are good decent people that treated you with class and respect and to call them "weird and creepy" is more reflective of you than them.

This is a great place very near the airport. Super convenient very friendly host. Very economical but very comfortable with everything you need. Vacation is a bit noisy but that's what you get next to the airport. Will definitely come back!!

It was a very nice stay there. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We got lots of information for our trip and met nice people there. It’s a really cute place and the host is very friendly. We loved the open kitchen and the common area!

Great helpful host- very well secured property with locking gates. Nice outdoor eating and cooking area with well supplied dishes and pans. Good clean refrigerator and close by grocery stores. Limited dining in area and probably not that safe to wander around after dark, but all in all a good stay for your trip in or out of the San Jose airport.

Perfect location close to airport and car rental agency. Make sure to get gate code prior to arrival . It is a bit tricky to find, down an alley but felt safe behind secure gated area. Place very clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Bed was comfortable with fresh kinens and blanket. Air con and shower both worked well. Darren is an excellent communicator , friendly and organized. Booked us a ride to airport for early flight. Has a common area with fridge, coffee and.sink shared amongst other patrons. Would definitely stay again. Consider supporting this family business rather than a chain hotel!

Sara, we are sorry you felt dissapointed with our bnb, we offer clean and comfortable rooms for a very affordable rates for guests arriving or leaving CR. We cover all needed services Wi-Fi, hot water, private restrooms, queen beds, breakfast and transportation (paid for a minimum extra fee) Our breakfast is served fresh and we do not serve leftovers at all. If you didnt like it fair, but we appreciate not to say we served you leftovers as it implies unhigienic food practices which we have never done, and will never do.

While I only stayed at the B&B overnight for my early morning flight, they offer breakfast, transportation and the owners are incredibly sweet and kind. The whole environment feels very safe and the property is very clean and cozy. It was a great stay before my flight and I highly recommend!

Clean, friendly & quaint family-owned hotel super convenient to the airport. Great for a the one night we needed before traveling. The owners was very accommodating with our very late check in. We felt very safe in the gated community.

Good communications leading up to the stay. Very convenient location to restaurants and flying out the next day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Fans included (no A/C). Nice private patio area!

After staying at the Terida B&B I can understand why it’s was rated so high. It was a comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely recommend and stay again. B&Bs typically aren’t my preference because I prefer a more private experience however this B&B offered private hotel like rooms.
