The Royal Sonesta San Juan
This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that.

Coral by the Sea Hotel
Not the best place to go relax. Room wasn’t really cleaned. Everything seems to be falling apart. You hear planes every 30 mins shaking the windows. You get charged if you login to your streaming apps. Do not recommend

Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde
Breakfast Buffet horrible food terrible and service worse. No attendant watching the seating area to clean tables and direct guests for seating. Had an area marked reserved that people were seating in as only place to sit. Then a staff member came and told them they had to leave that area.
