San Juan del Puerto Holidays

The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had multiple confirmations but when we got there they didn't have our booking! Luckily the staff are great and Valentina recognised us from last year and looked after us so we had a great time, just small details that could have been better. Overall the villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely time.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

This is one of the best all inclusive hotels we've stayed at especially with the amazing entertainment staff!

Very nice hotel, clean location is just perfect.

This is beautiful place with huge spaces in common areas. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any matter. The breakfast has a good selection, fresh and tasty for a fair price: 13 euros per person. The location is not in the center area but there is a good local bus service that takes around 15 minutes to reach the most tourist places. We have a positive impression for this hotel.
