Great location and communication
2nd stay, this time for 2 weeks. The communication with Iris was excellent. There was a big storm coming, and she was communicative the whole time. The place is always clean and area felt safe. AC's worked fine. Place is big for a famliy. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Lovely Place for a Small Group
I stayed here with a group of 5 people one night before our departure from San Juan. The house was very clean, just as described and we had an excellent little move night and disco nap before taking our short trips to SJU. If your group is 5 people or more, make sure you contact the host to get the right number of towels. We wound up with 4 and had to share one - fine for intimate friends.

House was generally clean however, sheets in both beds had sand on them. And mattresses were not comfortable. I l the rest of the house was clean. Neighborhood is very noisy, however very close to the airport that made it convenient for our early flight

Noisy property
In terms of noise, the property is significantly different than advertised. Excessive noise within the premise. It is not a quiet place at all. It is a very noisy property. The first night after midnight, noises came from the adjoining unit within the property. We contacted the owner, she gave us explanations of the case but she did not solve the problem. Therefore the first night was a bad experience. The next two days starting by 5 am a dog barked all morning from the adjacent property or in front. The noise felt like the dog was inside the property. Again it was a bad experience because we were not able to rest as we needed. In fact, we rented this property because it was a quiet property after 10pm as advertised. In terms of cleanliness and others, the property was ok.

We have rules and a times guests have been drinking and not aware of the level of noise there are making. We as host will text them and remind them. If necessary we call Vrbo. 99% this does not occur. I was staying on the premises at the time. I don’t recall it that way.

Great Spacious Location
Rented this property for seven nights.The place was clean with all the needed amenities. The area is safe, very quiet and close to the highway, the airport, Isla Verde, Condado and Old San Juan areas. There is assigned parking is very convenient. The AC in the living room was a plus when watching a movie at night. Communication with Iris was great and she responded right away. We will be looking for this property on our next visit.

Great condo!
This lovely condo had everything my family and I needed. I went with my two year old daughter, husband, and mother in law. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here whenever we visit Puerto Rico next!

If I could, I would give her 10 stars. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The house was cleaned and we found everything that we needed during our stay. Just what the Dr. Ordered
Need a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place was very clean and the size actually surprised me. Great for families. Kitchen, even thoe I did not use had all the necessary things needed to cook. The bedroom were spot on as well as the one bathroom. Would stay again.

5 Guests arrived at 1:00am. Reservation was for 3 adults 1 child. There was no demand made. Broke the reservation rules. There is a fee after the fourth guest and you gave me 3 star even though all of this is from your own doing. Shame on you.

Fantastic option
I rented for two night for myself, my spouse, and my mother. I could not be happier about my stay. It was centrally located so it was quick to go to old San Juan. There was a 24 hour pharmacy and convenience store down the street and a gas station. The neighbors where quiet and so was the area. It made the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. The home was immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels and there was A/C in every room. We only used the bedroom A/C at night because the house stayed fresh during the day with only the fans. I recommend this place and look forward to renting here again in the future.

Great location and host
This condo/ house is super cute and as pictured. The master bed is firm which I like, the bathroom has a handicap accessible shower and everything was nice and clean. This is about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport and the neighborhood is safe and really quiet. Iris communicate well and is a great host.

You can tell the property owner cares for their property and their guests. The property was extremely clean and very convenient to get to and from the airport! Short trips to old San Juan and surrounding areas! Would definitely rent again

Very nice clean house. There isn’t much around but you can get anUber or Uber Eats to come to the house. The only thing is the owner needs more up to date information on what’s around the area. I would highly recommend staying here.

A Gem
This home was perfect for me and my family during our spring break trip with our children. The location was close to the airport and only a short drive from the beaches, Old San Juan, and the airport. The neighborhood felt safe. The property was clean and we appreciate the modern fixtures. We also appreciate that there was sunscreen, soap, lotion (even though we brought our own along with us). The details are what matters and Iris paid attention to the details. The home is connected to other units, but we didn't have any noise problems and rarely saw the other guests. I would highly recommend this property to families with children.

We stayed at this house for 8 days over Xmas break. By all means it was a fantastic stay. You need a car to get to the beach. But its a close drive. The house was very clean, its great space wise for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small kids. It has fully equipped large kitchen. An interaction with the host was wesy and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was roomy for two of us, and very clean. Iris responds quickly to every message. Our only issue was that the next door neighbors played really loud music for many hours at a time.

There were a couple of issues, but Iris responed quickly and took care of them while we were out. By
Iris was very accessible and on top of things. Although ideally you would prefer not to have any issues, but sometimes these things happen and you just want them resolved. Iris was there on the spot and without hesitation took care of them. I am in the construction trade and know how things can break or wear out. It did not affect our stay or inconvenience us at all. She worked around our schedule and took care of everything while we were out. The next visitors should have no issues at all. Thanks for your diligence Iris, continued success to you.

Good place to stay
Very nice and clean place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Only two things I would say need could improve the bunk beds the top makes too much noise and it would be wonderful to have a washer and dryer, after spending the day at the beach it would be nice to have that available. Everything was great.

This property was nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood was so cozy, you can tell everyone cares about the area! We stayed for 2 weeks. Whatever we needed was all there and whatever we ran out of, the host was so fast with providing it. I hope when I plan my next trip that this home is available! 5 stars!!

Amazing house, amazing stay, amazing time!
My family and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Carolina. The host Iris was very nice and attentive to all details and accomodations. The house was beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

Great clean place, near San Juan Airport, Awesome Host Iris!!!
Iris was great with communication, the apartment was clean, and had everything you would need for a couple of days. New fixures and new AC's, Ceiling Fans, and completely remodeled. Near beach and Airport (Very Convenient) for an early morning flight! I would definitely use this property again, Thank you, Iris!!!
