"I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression. Housekeeping came by on Friday but missed us on Saturday. However, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were relaxing and enjoying a movie in the room anyway. The excellent customer service continued through checkout.
