San Juan Hotel Guide - Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort hotels in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

"There was only one elevator working in main lobby. We only found out about the other elevator option from another guest which was at the far end of the building near the pool. The tile floor in the room was very slippery when we arrived, not cleaned properly. The TV set was poor quality, bad reception unclear picture and sound, analog. Lighting wasn't working in several areas. The shower was filthy and shelves were broken that are supposed to hold soap, shampoo etc. The staff was rude and didn't explain how reserved area at the pool and hot tub were supposed to be rented by a third party."

"For the price my stay was terrible. The bed was hard, the covers were thin, and they did not have a fitted sheet on bed. The room also had a musty smell. The only thing this hotel have going is the view. I would not recommend it for anyone."

The staff was congenial and the concierge/ travel/staff Tues April 7th very helpful in downloading my ticket for my flight to my wallet to lessen the wait for us at the airport. Food and service on the Rustica restaurant was excellent! We are going to return again soon! "
