"They need a little bit of a remodel on the rooms but they weren’t bad but the amenities make up for it, beach and pool was beautiful, great food for a hotel too."

"The AC was a great stay. The location is within walking distance to the beach which is breathtaking on good days, the waves vary & you can experience areas with minimal activity. The popular breakfast spot Pinky’s is just a block away as well as Anita gelato which is open late. The town has a lot to offer with food & there’s a pizzeria with a speakeasy that come highly recommended & I only came across it on my last night Sunday but it was closed. There are other bars & restaurants that are open after 1AM but it’s better to get there before then because they say everything closes around 2. The rooms are basic & nice, nothing fancy, it can get cold but once you step onto the balcony you understand why. The best thing is the pool, albeit nothing big but it’s charming. I didn’t get to experience the rest of the amenities such as Bar.C.Lona / (gym was being remodeled) & the breakfast buffet price wasn’t desirable, thought it’s not complimentary, you get a discount for it depending on how you book. All in all , I truly enjoyed my time here & would book again."

"Pool area was excellent bar was ok closes early even on weekends grocery store is across the street that is open 24 hours with most necessities overall good service in the hotel but all around the outside of property is like the projects junkies all around the property with sores and missing limbs all the road potholes all over so I would not recommend a hot yellow mustang convertible like I did that being said San Juan was an experience no the less"

"Room was dated. Had to pay $100 per day for resort fee which didn’t include pool floats, daily house keeping nor checking a bag for a few hours. Crazy!!"

"This hotel is as advertised. Simple. Sparse. No muss, no fuss. The communication with management was really good. Parking is tricky. Street parking only. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head in an interesting neighborhood for a low cost, this is great. "

"Stayed here during a girls trip and at first it seemed nice but once we got settled in we noticed all of the things that made this place not worth it. The kitchen baseboards were falling apart, the utensils were dirty and the small stove was dirty as well. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and the couch had a stain on it. Property was not cleaned on a daily basis there was a mess in the lobby for several days. The patio and the furniture outside was dirty. The chairs near the pool were not clean. Tv did not work we were able to turn it on once but did not turn on again. Also the WiFi sucks was barely able to get 2 bars if I was lucky. It could be a nice place if it was cleaned properly on a daily basis but it clearly is not. "
