"Loved the inside garden, and the service!"

"The hotel is so beautiful as is the room. It’s located in a perfect corner of Old San Juan. The staff is helpful and the hotel is elegant and low key at the same time. The room was beyond gorgeous. My only feedback is that the room didn’t have a window, but it was so nice I can’t believe it wasn’t it a big deal. If I was staying longer than a night or two I may have opted for another room."

"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. We made our way up the cobbled street to another hotel, they were full but the desk clerk found us a room in another hotel and helped us get there. The next...
