Great place to stay

Breezy House
I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth. I was enormously relieved when I received the check in information with the exact address on the day the rental was to start. Only then did I understand that the host and I were discussing different things. The neighborhood where the property is located is wonderful but getting there can be a little jarring because the surrounding area is not the best. Ultimately, my guests and I were very pleased with the accommodations and the host was immediately responsive whenever I had questions or needed guidance. I would rent it again.

Although Joseph was quick to respond when we called him we still had issues during our stay. Almost an hour after our arrival time we still had not received the code to enter the premises. We had to call the host. The house could use some major cleaning. During our entire stay we had no hot water except for one day when we called the host and than it was only warm. We were not able to use the washer because of the rust and a strong odor of mold and mildew. There was a rooster, a dog and a cat crowing, barking and meowing both day and night. To say the least it was not worth the price we paid. Hopefully after talking to Joseph these issues will be addressed and corrected.

First trip to Puerto Rico
We had an amazing stay. It was out first trip to Puerto Rico and bringing my kids along we wanted to avoid being cramped into a hotel. We had a total of 10 so we also booked the upstairs apartment for the additional space. Great neighborhood view with open patio to relax. The house was very clean. Joseph was very responsive to all questions I had during our 6 day stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & interactions with the neighbors was very friendly. We felt very welcome & safe. It rained a bit so we ended up pulling some games out of the closet but also added a couple that we picked up from Wal-Mart for the next visitors. The neighborhood is centrally located to shopping, beaches, restaurants & airport. With our early morning flight it only took us 15 minutes to get to SJU. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!
The property is just as described. Even though there was just ac in the rooms the house stayed cooled. We realy enjoyed having a locked garage to park the car in and a very quiet neighborhood. Our host was easily contacted and even sent us recommendations for things to eat and do around the area. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy stay
Planned a week vacation to Puerto Rico. Had family from the island come up and stay also. The home was very spacious and everyone had their own room. The location was perfect for what we had planned. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make a few home cooked meals. Thank you for your hospitality and for making a memorable trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book.

I love this property!
I love this property! The place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. I didn’t realize until we got there that we only had access to the bottom half of the home and was worried about comfort, but it was so spacious and more than comfortable for my party of 5. What I loved the most was the amount of detail they provided for the stay. There are several laminated signs throughout the house that answer any and every question you could possibly have. We didn’t have to bother the host even once during our stay. Everything was so clear. Bonus: it rained badly one night while we were there and we were able to make the best of it using all the fun games in the closet. Stay here!!

Spacious, clean, cozy place
Host was very generous in letting us check in early and check out late. Very easy to reach. Supplies beach towels and bath towels. Spacious rooms and living room, kitchen and dinning as well! Outdoor patio is super cute and cozy! Loved the hot tub. Location is in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 min from a lot of things! You won’t regret your stay.

Perfect space for a group of people and 15 min away from the airport
Everyone loved this house. There was a lot of space. I cooked everyday and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a thanksgiving meal if you wanted to. The patio area was another added plus. We spent a lot of time playing dominoes and cards, relaxing in the jacuzzi and using the barbecue grill. And we felt very secure because there was a gate to close at night and the doors could only be opened by key. Perfect for a group. We were a group of 8; 4 couples!

A Homey Experience in San Juan
My overall impression was wonderful. The house has an apartment upstairs that also had tenants during our stay but there was no disruptions and we were able to maintain our privacy. There was plenty of space for my whole family for 10 days and it didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The host was very communicative and always let us know when and if landscaping or cleaning crew was going to be coming to service the property. The host provided us with a list of things to check out while we were visiting and detailed instructions are listed throughout the house for each amenity which was extremely helpful. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time if we weren’t in the kitchen or living room. The host has board games and card games that we utilized when we were relaxing. No major issues and if there were any concerns, the host immediately took initiative. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Exceeds Expectations
The photos don't do this place justice. The place was very clean and organized. Easy instructions on how to access the property and a list of restaurants and activities was provided. The owner was responsive to all my questions and concerns. We were traveling with 5 adults so everyone had their own space when we needed time alone. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub and swing out on the patio but we plan on returning during our next trip.

Would definitely book again!
The property was exactly as described! A total of 7 of us stayed at the property very comfortably. It was in an area where we felt safe and everything was at a reasonable distance, especially from the airport. Though the neighborhood was quiet and calm, my friends and I liked the fact that the property was gated so we felt extra safe. Joseph was a great host. Communication was great and I really enjoyed the fact that he gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. I will definitely be visiting PR again soon and I would definitely book again when I do!

Accurately Stated Description
The home is clean, well equipped, and fully functional. The rooms are cool, dark, and quiet at night which allow for restful sleep after a long day of adventure. Many shopping options for supplies within close proximity. If a rental car is part of your plan it can safely park within the enclosure on the property. Appliances were in a good working state and water pressure was outstanding. The photos are accurate. All of the electronics, such as TVs and appliances, are functional. A few challenges exist, the home is very close to the adjacent neighbor's bedroom and property, so patio conversations will never truly be private. There are a few cosmetic touches which require attention, but nothing worth a concern. Also, please understand this is a two level home in which the upstairs unit functions as a independent vacation rental. Although there are separate entrances, the upstairs unit can observe downstairs patio and lounge activities. The Host was very good at communication and very responsive to reasonable request. I would absolutely consider this property again on a return trip. With housing like this in Puerto Rico, your only concern will be planning your itinerary!

Responsive Host/Comfortable Stay
Five stars for Joseph the host who was outstanding in his responsiveness, flexibility, and genuine desire to make his guests’ stay a wonderful experience! The property is exactly as advertised. Newly renovated and clean, modernized decor. Spacious rooms and bedrooms with ample closet space. Large kitchen with both necessary and added amenities. Modern decor with adequate lighting and secure doors. Hot tub is clean and sanitized on lovely private patio. Locals expressed concern about the unsafe neighborhood although there was thankfully no evidence of this claim. It is in an area outside of the mainstream locations so a car or Uber is needed. A few pests were reported to the host who responded immediately to resolve the issue. Sporadic Wifi challenges and very minor bathroom issues were also immediately addressed by the host and brand new equipment and bathroom upgrades were provided with no interruption or interference to our stay! Homes are close together so be prepared to hear barking dogs and other indigenous sounds outside the windows. Also, adherence to the property rules is a must to prevent neighbor disturbances. The property is well-taken care of but some of the extra bedroom furniture and doors are beginning to show very minor wear and tear. I am generally overly critical, but overall, this is a great property and excellent host. I would likely stay again!

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home. It’s perfect for a large group… very spacious! Our host gave us wonderful and easy instructions. (don’t trust the Uber driver to get you to the correct address; use the directions from the host) Pros : beautiful home Spacious Easy booking and communication with host Only 10 -15 minutes from most everything * THE OUTDOOR PATIO IS AWESOME * Cons: hot tub never got warm No gas in the outdoor grill Uber is the only transportation if you don’t Have a car! We will definitely book this house again!! Great experience!

The property is exactly as shown/described. Great space for family. We were greeted with an unexpected gift basket of treats. A nice surprise after a long day of travel. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed running around in n the out door space. Located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. The owners were quick to respond if we had questions or needed assistance. The property was very nice. Lizees of course but its PR. The host is very helpful in recommending activities and restaurants. I had a great time. But keep the noise down the neighbors dont like loud noise after about 11pm.

Can't Wait To Come Back!
Perfect home to celebrate my birthday! The home looked exactly how it did in the photos and the booking listing describes the home perfectly. It was 4 women and we really enjoyed the space of the home. All of the bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage. It came equipped with everything you could think you'll need in a home down to board games for a relaxing down time. We enjoyed playing card games out on the large patio while taking in the wonderful breezes that would flow through. My personal favorite about the home was all of the labels, suggestions and instructions throughout the home. Joseph is very detail oriented which I truly appreciated. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had, honest and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. His level of hosting is unmatched! The location of the home was great! Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle yet just a quick 10 to 15 min ride to so many activities and only about 20 minutes from major attractions. We felt safe leaving out and coming in at night and the neighbors were friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Joseph!

Visiting PR was an amazing experience, Joseph was very responsive, check-in was smooth. The house had everything we needed. House was nice and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I highly recommend that you rent a vehicle for daily activities, and Uber during the night. I would definitely book this house again.

My friends and I visited PR for my birthday and we had an amazing time .Joseph was very informative from day one when I decided to book with him he gave us a list of things to do places to eat and it was very helpful.Even when we arrived if we had any questions he would respond in a timely manner.He was very accessible if we needed him .The house was so beautiful it was able to accommodate our group of 6.Joseph went above and for us and I am forever grateful he definitely made our experience In PR well worth it .I highly recommend this property if you are visiting PR.

The house was nice, the master bedroom bathroom I didn’t like because we rarely got hot water. But overall everything was great neighborhood was quiet and nice we had trouble getting Ubers because the main road closed and you have to detour but Joseph and his wife was a whole vibe I will definitely stay again thank you

My stay at this property was more than what I expected. Joseph was attentive, he answered all questions. The property was nice, well decorated, and comfortable. Fridge, washer and dryer a plus!! Walmart was under 10 minutes, Condado Beach and Isla Verde Beach are also close. Old San Juan is about 25 minutes. We felt safe the entire time. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Joseph was good to my family!!
