Perfect location between San Juan and east coast. Close to beaches, rainforest, groceries, food and excursions. Luxury condo with everything needed as well as nice touches like beach chairs and local coffee. Very responsive manager, great pool and overall wonderful experience!

This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! Great communication, any details or questions were answered immediately. The condo is spacious, very safe as well, everything is provided to make you feel at home. (Beach towels, chairs, fully stocked kitchen). Go to Ralph’s supermarket, buy your essentials. Luquillo is really an awesome location if you really want to get to know puerto rico and nearby Islands.

The apt condo was breathtaking. Beautiful, clean, spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee was super and tasty. The beds, all three, very comfortable. The apartment looks better than the pictures. Communication was excellent and timely. The view from the condo (4th) floor ( Total floors: 5), was also breathtaking. We had and amazing time.

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was beautiful, well-kept, and well-equipped. It made our trip that much more enjoyable. The host was great; and available/willing to be there in case we had a need, no matter what time of day. From the check-in process to explaining everything in detail and giving recommendations of places to go and things to do, the host went above and beyond our expectations. My wife would want to stay here again on our next visit to the island. The one recommendation I would give, is to have a caldero available to make arroz the right way! 😊 Thank you!!!

Stayed for a week. Great view from patio, master bedroom, and living room. Perfect location near Luquillo for home base to explore rainforest, bio bays, and San Juan. Towns nearby make it convenient to run and get groceries and many restaurants close by including the Luquillo kiosks. Multiple beaches within a few minute drive. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived during island wide power outage and received great communication from owner with updates as received. Property had a generator so we had very little time without power and were notified when it would be out for specific work being done. Received great recommendations for things to do and places to eat with welcome letter. Access to rainforest is very close and convenient. Location is well supplied with kitchen items, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Overall we loved this place and would stay again.

Love the view the pool clean and quiet the only thing was the elevator was not working the whole time we were there I had to call 911 because a family was stuck in the elevator for more than 20 minutes by other than that it was great I just wish we knew the elevator wasn’t working according to one of the tenants they have a lot of problems with the elevator and having to walk up and down with an infant is not easy

This property was absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Puerto Rico perfect. It was totally spotless, well decorated, a gorgeous view, and a safe, gated location. It was incredibly spacious with a lovely balcony and a great kitchen to cook meals in. Less than 10 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach and other attractions. We will definitely book this again for our trip next year. We were so sad to leave. I highly recommend staying here!!
