Change your Latitude ~ Studio~ Only Steps from the beach/ocean

  • Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
    There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!
