Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

I could have hit the ocean with a baseball from the porch if I wanted. It was an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It was exactly what we were looking for, sorta quiet sorta not, entirely authentic.

This place was great. Literally steps to the beach. Everything you need , gas , groceries , food all within 2-5 min driving distance , even walking distance. Ac worked great , kitchen was great over all a great time. My kids loved it. The only issue was the WiFi , it wasn’t as strong for us that our network worked better. But the place was perfect

Perfect getaway

Great communication from the owner and the property manager with clear instructions. Location is very convenient for a relaxing stay near the beach. The unit has all the necessary kitchen items, beach towels, and even a book with recommendations on various activities and places to eat. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

A Perfect Couples Getaway!

My partner and I stayed here for five days, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The space is exactly as listed—beautiful, quaint, and perfect for a romantic escape. We started each day with a peaceful stroll on the beach and spent our evenings enjoying the vibrant energy of The Placita. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re almost afraid to share how amazing it is because we want to keep it our little secret—but we’ll definitely be booking again! Highly recommend!

Great place to rest your head

If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower in between exploring PR, this is a great place to do it at a great price. We loved being across the street from a beautiful beach, where we spent a lazy afternoon in the hammock provided by the property. It is also in walking distance to some amazing restaurants, and a grocery store.

Location! Location!

The location is amazing, right on the ocean as advertised. The unit is very basic, but comfortable. Everything in unit was in perfect working condition. The fact that it is the back unit was no issue for us. All you have to do is step outside, perfect ocean view, and a couple steps your on the beach! The oceanfront is perfect, you can enjoy the beach or chill in the shade of the palms.

Property manager was awesome, super responsive and helpful. Apartment was nothing fancy but it was clean and had everything we needed and the location was fantastic, right across the street from an awesome, not-too-busy beach and within walking distance of several restaurants/stores. Anniversary trip

The studio was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. To be able to walk out the door and walk across the street to the ocean was fantastic. Restaurants were in walking distance . We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th anniversary!!!! The weather was incredible the whole week we were there !!!!!

The ocean view across the street was beautiful! It was a clean, very cute & comfortable space to stay. It had all the necessities & even extras that you would want. The host was easy to be in touch with & responds quickly. There’s several nice places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely visit again.

This place is PERFECT!

Perfect in every way for the solo traveler or couple. You are beach front, to the left is a wonderful swimmable (green flag) beach, Costa Playa Azul and to the right is a surf beach, La Pared, red flags. It takes a little exploring to find the most amazing food and drinks!! I recommend La Fonda and Suma. Boardriders is also great for food and drinks and a 2 min walk. I will be booking again!!

Cute spot - 1 temporary issue

This is an awesome spot! You are right behind the main house in a studio. Very close to a nice beach. My only issue was that there were roaches in the kitchen. There was bug spray for flying insects, but it didn't seem to cut it with the roaches as only 1 of the ones I spayed ended up dying. I decided not to cook there, which was not an issue for me. I could see this affecting other people differently.

Daylight

The inside of the property was great. Had everything I needed and wonderful location. I didn’t like that it felt like bunker. No natural light unless you wanted the natural heat too. My only tip is get there during daylight or you will not be able to see at all where the lock box is. I needed two hands to do the lock box so I held my phone flash light in my mouth lol Also the shower has two choices, hot or hotter. Since I was out and about most of day it serves its purpose.

Best mommy/daughter Birthday getaway

I decided to come to Puerto Rico to celebrate my birthday to cheer up after losing my only brother on my birthday. BEST DECISION EVER! I flew in without a full plan. No rental, figured I’d Uber to the property. $60 bucks!! Taxi was over $80. Mary sent me a pin to the property which was extremely helpful because the address didn’t populate in the Uber app. She then offered to go to the airport that evening to get my daughter since she was flying in after dark. This saved me a few bucks and was quite considerate! The property is directly across the street from the beach and close to El Yunque Rain forest. There are many places to eat within walking distance so you don’t truly have to drive in town. The container park at the end of the street is really cool. They have live music and good & drinks all around. There’s a very helpful book on the code table with so much info on things to do! Love that!! We will definitely be back! Maybe even bring the grands. Thank you for such great hospitality!
