"Clean, Convenient, and Great Staff We stayed at the San Juan Airport Hotel primarily for the convenience of being right at the airport for our flight, and it served that purpose perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, and although we didn’t have an opportunity to use many of the amenities, we had a great breakfast experience as well as a nice almost midnight snack with beverages, everything was as expected. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is always room for improvement anywhere, but our experience was a positive one. For the convenience, cleanliness, and excellent staff, we would definitely stay here again when catching an early flight."

"I visited Puerto Rico quite often. This is the first time I had to stay in a resort type of hotel. Overall, I enjoyed everything it was clean. The staff were great. There were no complaints other than having more authentic Puerto Rican restaurants or menu options. I only ate lunch and dinner at Nectar because it was the only one that offered some Puerto Rican dishes as menu options. I will definitely come back!!"

"Beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our stay. Traveled with a 4 yo daughter. She absolutely loved it. Food was delicious. Property well maintained. The only thing is that the beach has some broken glass on (which has nothing to do with the hotel because beaches are public). Highly recommend taking water shoes"
