Great location, safe. Was very clean and cute home. Only reason I didn’t give 5 starts for everything is because listing says it’s a 2BR but there is only 1BR. Host is very wonderful, fast response to any question.

This is a property located in a gated community near downtown Fajardo. The place is a one bedroom (not a two bedrooms) with a futon in the living room. While the futon is ideal for families with little children, it could be too tight for adults. The apartment is in a good shape and AC and water at that time was available without any issue. I appreciated these fresh flowers and the regular coffemaker with supplies. Bed linens and towels were white, smelled great and were clean as the floor and surfaces. Walking around is safe but you may need a car/ride to go other places. The rental had two chairs and an umbrella under a small porch, which was perfect for a quick visit to the beach. I appreciated having a small ice maker tray in the freezer. The proterty has no staff but owner was quite responsive to my messages, which was great. The only drawback are the roosters around that wakes you at several intervals from 5 am in the morning, over and over. That doesn't make resting plentiful and really takes on the nicest thing this appartment has. Coming from Michigan standards in which insulation is key for energy preservation, I was shoked that the windows are just covered by a thin transparent plastic film. However, it seems energy preservation/savings is not a common culture in Puerto Rico.

Cute and cozy place

Loved this place! Super cute and great for a small family. There were three of us. Amenities were as described. They even have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. No hand soap but I already brought some with me. The place was clean and neat. I fell in love with it. It is located in a gated community. Would love to stay again.

Very cute and cozy villa. Great place to stay, only downside is that the surrounding area was at times noisy. But overall it was a very nice place to stay and the hostess was very easy to reach.
