This is a well priced gem just a block from the waterfront promenade. The ceilings were high and while the room could use a little update (the toilet shrieks when you flush), we were comfortable and secure. The rooftop is absolutely lovely. Convenient to everything. We would go back.

Staff is great, they are willing to help. Terrace is great - good food. Mini bar down stairs is very convenient The room we were looked old and below standard, need better maintenance, things just felt like they were going to break apart- beds are super uncomfortable.

Located in the heart of San Juan. Room was very clean. Parked about 3-4 blocks away. Lady that checked me in was not friendly but overall this was a great hotel. Check out the roof for an awesome view of the city!!

Unique and superior amenities. Bryan the barista made the best cocktails on the island and the bar was very classy. Miguel and his mother made the best breakfast I had on the island in the rooftop. The room made you say, “wow!” When you walked in.

Staff friendly. Loved the location. Disappointed that pool was closed our whole stay which was a big reason why we selected this hotel. Our AC did not work consistently. The WiFi also did not work which meant no TV either. We didnt spend much time in our room given the great location.
