"I really wanted to fall in love with La Concha like the way we did in 2015. I wanted to get away from the fast paced city life. Instead, I couldn't decompress. So much has changed. We had an ocean view room and were put in a room above the construction site. They would start working at 6:30 am. Instead of relaxing, I was stressed out with anxiety reminding me of what I have to return to in NYC. The only time I was able to relax a little was at the infinity pool facing the beach."

"The on-site restaurant food & drinks were amazing! The food was very fresh, hot, tasty and made to order. Their Aurora drink 🍸 😍. The staff (server & cheff) were excellent. At breakfast time, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place and thanks to Franco, the maneger, who took the time to talk to my mother and I. He was very polite and professional."

"The location was perfect and close to everything you could think of. Having access to both pools was awesome but I wish it was open later. The only big con for me was that the room was not so clean when I got there. I found hair on the bathroom floor and the shampoo bottle. The door to the patio was also very dirty from the outside, almost like it was sticky. So they could definitely do better on cleaning and getting down to the details. Overall, it was a good experience and staff was super nice."

"What I liked about the properties that the room was very clean. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was right downstairs in a brand new restaurant. I didn’t have to take the airport shuttle because I rented the car, but if you wanted to take an airport shuttle the hotels, conveniently located 10 minutes away from the airport. I did appreciate the walking availability to local stores eateries and to a nice beach where you could suntan and swim in the ocean at your leisure, I did appreciate that the swimming pool had a kids section as I did bring my infant with me and it had a Jacuzzi and it was very clean and maintained my room was always clean upon return from my daily activity with new towels and Little knickknacks that I would say we’re very useful especially because of the mosquitoes overall the state was great. The restaurant downstairs is currently getting renovated so they do have food, but the choices are limited, and I was a little sad that the pizza that was on the menu had disappeared."
