Loved the place very cozy perfect for a couple . Great space , clean and loved the fact i had shampoo and conditioner and lots of towels.

Everything was perfect except the Condo Beach
Everything was perfect except the condo beach front. The beach was unkept and not an appealing or safe place for actual swimming, otherwise we were delighted with the cleanliness of the condo itself. The view was spectacular.

On our listing, we recommend all our guests to go to Seven Seas which is 1.8 miles away from the condo if you want to spend a day at one of the nicest beaches in Fajardo. We cannot control mother nature and it is out of our control the conditions of Dos Marinas Beach and that is not the particular beach you were looking to swim. We are very disappointed that you used those reasons for giving us a 4 star review.

Gorgeous View
We had four stay here (husband, myself, and kids). It was the most beautiful view with nearby activities and beaches. We loved the back porch and little swing on the porch. We drove to 7 Seas and had a wonderful day there and took a trip to Vieques for the day to snorkel. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was extremely responsive with any questions and flexible.

Winter Escape

Glad we chose this place!
The condo was in the perfect location for all our adventures in the area. It had everything we needed for an easy and relaxing stay. The modern beachy decor and the balcony/view were such a nice place to come home to after a day at the rainforest and beach. We highly recommend it and hope to return someday!

Had a small issue getting on the door, but the owner was immediately responsive and told me what I was doing wrong. He was also very accomodating on an unplanned (because I wasn't paying attention) late departure. His place was beautiful!!!

Home away from home!
The apartment was tastefully decorated and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. High security to get in on arrival day; afterward easy access. The view of the bay from the balcony was priceless. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had the basic items to cook a meal. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and functional. The apartment was spotless! The owner was very responsive and understanding of our needs. The only thing we regret was our short stay.

Wished I could have stayed here longer! I loved listening to the sound of waves and frogs/insects during sunset. Apartment was very modern, check-in/check-out was easy, and communication with Xavier was quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!
Wouldn’t change a thing! Great location, close to el Yunque, los kioskos, multiple beaches. Pool was great. Safe, with gated entry. Host contacted us after our first day to make sure everything was okay. Beautiful view with outdoor porch. Comfortable bed/couches. Has full kitchen plus coffee machine! We had a great time- thank you so much!

Beauty and the Beast
The condo was very welcoming and clean, supplied with many of the amenities necessary for our "home away from home" stay. Except, when doing the dishes water rushed out of the drain pipe below the sink, TWICE!. My husband who is construction said this is because the air pipe is too short, and that something was clogging the pipe. This unfortunately resulted in us using all of the towels to wipe up the water that spilled out into the kitchen.

Amazing View
This property was just as pictured. It was clean and the view was amazing. I love this area and have stayed at this complex numerous times & this time was just as amazing. The only drawback to this unit was the fact that it did not have basic cleaning supplies. Nobody goes on vacation to buy cleaning supplies, the paper towels and toilet paper were also limited. Good thing my uncle lives nearby and I got some from him. I traveled with my children & I am constantly cleaning after them so it would have been nice to have these things available. My over 15 years traveling and besides hotels, I have never stayed at a place that did not supply these items so I found that a bit odd... but otherwise the stay was amazing. My kids enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and looking out at the boats. Great communication with the host (Xavier) will definitely consider this place again.
