Guests can unwind in this phenomenal space, complete with heating, AC, an iron, and more. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Playa Fortuna and our condo has to offer. The private rooftop has 180 front views facing the ocean with sunrise and back view of El Yonke Rainforest. Beach access is next to the building, walking to Luquillo Kiosks. Many restaurants, grocery stores, Costco, Walmart, and outlet malls. Lots of daily activities beach, rainforest, hiking, jet ski, and more. local food and bars with music. Every day and every evening for you to enjoy this beautiful island.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out the garbage daily to prevent insects, ants, and cockroaches.
Please put back the keys and remote control in the original places that you took from: one set in the lockbox outside near the front gate, one set is hanging in the wall next to the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
