We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and location were excellent. The patio was amazing. Our host was very communicative and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot in Old San Juan

Loved everything about our stay in Old San Juan. This rooftop spot is fantastic! Beautiful outside space on the roof that's just as lovely in person as the photos. Location couldn't be better—walking distance to everything in the old city. Hosts were communicative and fast to respond at any hour. Can't wait to return.

Great Location in heart of Old San Juan

Our family would stay in this apartment again should we return to PR. This penthouse walk-up apartment overlooks the Plaza de Armas with a huge private rooftop balcony. It was a fantastic location for our family to base our vacation from. The grocery store is across the street and all the shops and restaurants of Old San Juan are within walking distances. We used La Cochera parking garage on Calle Luna which is just a block walk away. We liked the antique and vintage colonial style of the apartment which fit into the style of the overall neighborhood. This property is run on Tesla solar batteries. The a/c, wifi, washing machine and all appliances worked great until our very last day then only the a/c worked. We were traveling from Texas. The temps in PR were actually lower than home for us, hence why we didn't need to run the electrical system hard as maybe others may need. We did lose power on our last morning after a week long visit to everything except the a/c. We could not troubleshoot the power outage problem. Hospriti property management was very good about communicating with us. Again, this is a great location for those who can climb stairs, there is plenty of living space in addition to the one bedroom and 3 couches that can sleep adult-sized kids. This apartment is ideal for long term stays.
