About this property

Spectacular ocean views. Ideal for ecotourists. Walk to excursions for Bio Bay

  • Entire studio apartment overlooking the marina with kitchenette, full refrigerator, full bath and free WiFi. Building has 24/7 security. Room for 4 guests. Convenient location for the ecotourist who will be enjoying the beauty of nature: Bio Bay, Seven Seas, Icacos and El Yunque. Free wifi and Roku TV with my PrimeTV, Disney+ and Peacock streaming accounts loaded for your use.

    Las Criobas Park has several restaurants and of course you can fully stock your fridge from the local Walmart to make breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is a microwave and stove for your use. Kitchenette has cooking utensils and pans. Note: There is construction from the resort next door which can be heard on weekdays. Work is permitted from 7 am till 3 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have discounted rates during the week due to the inconvenience from the construction project.
