Unique Top of the Hill Caribbean Private Retreat

Very spacious and modern house with breathtaking unobstructed sweeping views from the Sea to the Rainforest. Wraparound balcony with newly built Lookout to enjoy the serenity and peace from the Caribbean. Lots of fruit trees, private pool and backyard, 5 burners gas grill, fast Wifi, TV cable. Around 35 min SJU airport. Few minutes away from famous beaches and Kioskos Luquillo, supermarkets, Walgreens, etc. Super central location for your trip to PR. All new and modern, kitchen fully stocked.

Bedrooms are:
1) King bed, large bath with double shower ensuite, workspace and walking closet.
2) King bed, full bathroom ensuite, pool access and walking closet.
3) King bed, closet.
4) 2 Full beds, full bathroom ensuite, 55” Tv, closet.
5) Queen bed, bunk bed and full bathroom ensuite, closet.

Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are in the same main level. Rooms 4 and 5 are in the lower level. Rooms 4 and 5 have independent access from the main level.

There are 5 full bathrooms total and 2 half baths in the backyard for the swimming pool.

The entire house is available for guests to use except the garage that is off limits. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and plenty on the street

Main area was very clean and well taken care of. Pool and outside covered area was very nice. We had 9 people staying so every room was in use. Lower 2 bedrooms were only accessible from outside of the main living area. It was no big deal but should be noted in case children are staying with you. The Internet was slow for that many persons but worked. The first lower bedroom had an odd smell so the provided fan was always in use. Really enjoyed the location and host was very responsive and attentive
