"What an amazing location, finding it via sat -nav not good, instructions should read, enter via entrance to the Valley of the Fallen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is an old monastery with wonderful character. "A very clean well-maintained historical hotel. If you want amenities such as room service then this is not for you but there are incredible bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The famous monastery is a couple of minutes away and a taxi drive to the railway is cheap and reliable. I enjoy staying in hotels with a sense of history so this was perfect for me."
