Great new Hotel in a really nice location. The staff was exceptional. I travelled with a Service Animal and the staff went above and beyond to support me. Parking garage on site was nice as well.

Un excelente lugar, prácticamente nuevo, con excelente servicio. Solo pondría mas atención en la limpieza diaria ya que en repetidas ocasiones dejaban la cafetera sucia. Tiene excelentes áreas para trabajar, además de un buen restaurante y gimnasio nuevo y bien equipado (cosa que se agradece). Algo para mejorar: las almohadas (estaban muy blandas).

Alargamos nuestra estancia una noche y ese día no hicieron el cuarto, el primer día no tenía papel el baño, y no hubo quien nos ayudara a subir las maletas tenían los carritos pero cada quien tenía que subir sus cosas a los cuartos. El gimnasio y la alberca a mi gusto les hacía falta que les dieran una barrida. Mi sentir es que aún está muy nuevo y les hacía falta personal; porque la verdad está súper bonito, el servicio en el restaurante excelente aunque una que otra falla en cuanto a lo que decía el menú a la carta con lo que realmente servían pero creo que es algo que se irá puliendo conforme vayan teniendo mayor experiencia en el personal En todas las áreas, las tres personas que nos tocaron en recepción fueron súper amables en todo momento y siempre nos ayudaron, y a pesar de esos detalles nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí!
