Location and facilities are great, the only issues I had was Parking, there’s not self parking as advertised, you have to valet parking every time you want to go out and that is an inconvenience, also there’s not a mini fridge on the rooms, stayed 4 nights housekeeping skipped one day, breakfast is mid ( I know is free) but still, other than that it was good.

The property location wise was great for what we needed. Otherwise it lacked service. The bathroom shower would flood until I took the cap off, they didn’t have any hot water or microwave for guest to use after “kitchen hours”, their continental breakfast doesn’t even include eggs. It just lacked a lot of standard items in my opinion. Clean and it’s fine but for the price it lacked service.

Not bad for the money.

The airport shuttle they advertise on the website is only for transportation from the hotel to the airport, and that depends on shuttle availability. The breakfast that is included is only a continental breakfast, the buffet breakfast is pretty pricey. Walk about 100 yards to the IHOP, you'll save a few bucks and get better choices. My first day there I had a bath towel with a big hole in it, that towel should not be in service at a hotel. There is some kind of bar across the street that has loud music. That can be pretty annoying if you're trying to get some sleep and you're a light sleeper. On a positive note, it was pretty clean. A lot of places to eat near by.

The room’s bathroom is a problem if you don’t travel by yourself. No doors, it’s like an open bathroom space. There’s a see through door for the shower and toilet but you can clearly see the person. Not great for intimacy. I might not book this hotel again because of this.
