Good breakfast, location industrial bit far out for visiting Bergamo centre but bus available take 30 mins Advertising airport shuttle available but just a taxi which any home could provide. Helpful staff. Hotel. Com should advertise driving and walking time to placed as 2 min drive, was incorrect and unable to walk as motorway,"

"Staff were excellent, rooms were really good and had everything one would need for an overnight stay. Very comfortable. Restaurant was great and the breakfast had everything anyone would like - great selection."

"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. We really enjoyed staying there and would defenitely do so again if the opportunity arises."
