"We were very pleased with our stay. Kids loved the pool and our room offered all the comforts of home. Staff was very friendly and if we had questions the text messaging feature helped us get quick answers. We were also notified of special events and check out procedures via text to keep us informed at all times. "

"Check in was smooth. I asked for an extra water but it wasn't delivered. No one explained how to get out of parking lot at the end of our stay and the gate tried to collect money from us even though we already paid. I ended up running back to the front desk and then they just told me to hit the help button. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Would have liked a hot tub. "

"The road noise is a problem for light sleepers. Also the hot water did not work properly in the room. Had to let it run for 15 minutes or longer before I was warm"

"System was down so we couldn’t check in. The pool is clean and not overly crowded. The breakfast was excellent. "

"The room was not the greatest, as soon as I went to grab a wash rag from 3 rings in wall the ring fell out, the floors needed to be swept, there was no comforter & the sheets & blankets were stained!! There was mold in the bath tub. There was a gap underneath our door to go outside so we had to keep a towel there so no critters would come in & the 1st night NO HOT WATER!!!! Oh and the best part is in the middle of the night going to the bathroom & running out of toilet paper & finding out they didn’t leave any extra in the room for you!! The parking lot had a lot of weird people walking around there too. But the staff was really nice & there was plenty of parking there for the plus side of it all!! "

"Very convenient property and staff is nice. We love the food court, it’s only 6 min from Lego land and six min from the beach. Second year staying here for spring break"
