It has two floors. On the main floor, there are 3 spacious double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a heat pump; 2 full bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry; and a living-dining room with a closed wood-burning fireplace. <br>The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a double bed along with two fold-down bunk beds and an additional fold-out bed; the third bedroom has a double bed, and there is an additional trundle bed under the large bed.<br>On the semi-basement level, you’ll find a completely open-concept 60 m² game room equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump, a full bathroom, a refrigerator, and a chest freezer, where you can enjoy all kinds of games, including a professional ping-pong table, foosball, a dart machine, a large TV with an Xbox 360 console and games.<br>Outside, you’ll enjoy the enormous private pool and a built-in, covered barbecue area with a bar counter, set in a spacious, landscaped setting where you can see the reservoir and the mountains.<br>And for your vehicles, there’s a parking area on the property that can easily accommodate up to 5 vehicles.<br><br>At Villa Costa Madrid, we want your stay to be as memorable and pleasant as possible.
