Room very small, no chairs inside, ants everywhere, including the breakfast area.
Quadruple room has a double bed and a single bed, apparently this was the biggest room in the hotel. We book for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 16 and they had to squeeze in a single bed.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, in a great location, and the staff were excellent and very welcoming.
The only disappointment was the rooftop bar. On my birthday, I was told they were closing and couldn’t serve me another drink, while other guests were still being served. After I tipped €5 and politely asked again, they finally gave me a drink. That made the experience feel uncomfortable and disappointing.
Other than that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning hotel and maintained to a spotless standard. Bit of a trek to the centre and parking not cheap but good services just outside (tram, bus) - just takes some working out. We probably didn't need to go for the suite considering the time of year (Sauna and jacuzzi not overly used after stomping streets in near 40deg heat!). Breakfast good and staff super friendly/informative.

"Rooms were good. All television channels are in Italian if you are someone who doesn’t speak the language and wants to watch TV. There’s a nice big window that opens up so you can get fresh air however there’s no outdoor space so we personally felt trapped inside the hotel room, especially considering ..."
