"Breakfast spread and variety can be improved. Staff not willing to deliver toiletries to room, insisted we had to pick up from reception. Insects got into room which frightened my wife and I had to spend time catching insects and pacifying. "

"We choose this house over a different house because of the advertising of a putting green and sandy fire pit. However what was found was a very unkept area that once resembled a putting green with broken clubs and over grown area with a fire pit. When I addressed this with the owner they were smart mouthed about it saying everything was as advertised. The only hot water in the house was in the master shower, there was no hand soap, no hand towels, no towels, and no toilet paper."
