The ground floor offers a comfortable living area, a compact kitchen, a bathroom equipped with a shower, and a private patio. On the second floor, there is one bedroom that includes a double bed and a single bed, along with another room that has two single beds and a bathroom featuring a shower as well as a balcony. The property comes with facilities such as an LCD television, a microwave, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a secure safe for belongings, and a parking space for two cars in the garage.
