"Perfectly located. A 7 minute walk to the beach, a 4 minute walk to “Target” store, a 5 minute walk to a wine store, a 3 minute walk to amazing street tacos, and a 5 minute drive to the heart of La Crucecita. But I could see a scenario where you wouldn’t want to leave the hotel, the pool is massive, the restaurant and bar serve amazing meals and drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and almost all the employees are bilingual. This is a great place to stay."

"The service was above and beyond! Every single individual here contributes to the liveliness and lives and breathes service! The scheduled events were all very entertaining, and the karaoke and live bands were some of the best experiences that we will remember for a lifetime. The pool areas were amazing, and the swim up bar was top notch! Access to the beach and the stretch of land left nothing to be desired. The rooms were clean, elegant, and a very private view from the balcony. Some of the reviews we saw pointed out some of the stuff in the lobby’s and rooms are showing signs of wear and tear, but we personally did not encounter anything worth pointing out. I would greatly recommend this place if you want to create a memory that’ll last a lifetime! Very different from Cancun. More secluded, private, and personal."

"The property and rooms are excellent, the food is good but a bit overpriced. If you stay in the upper area, it takes a lot of climbing the stairs to go to the beach. Overall, if you want to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the hotel to be in. The only negative thing is that you cannot walk to the little town of Santa Cruz, the hotel is too far and it takes over an hour, you have to take a taxi to get there, there is nothing much outside the property."
