Excellent service and a great pool, food and drinks were brought to the pool by Wilson a great waiter and excellent in customer service.

I like this place the only thing I don’t like is they have to put more attention to maintenance in the rooms, also provide mini fridge for customers convenience because there is hot weather, also microwave is important. Cable tv service is also something is not working. They have to improve those things, because the price is not cheap.

I was not told by Expedia, that hotel was going to charge me additional charge. I was not happy, every time I want it to get in the pool there was always full. Also private party. They were prostitution going on, In the pool. My rental got hit by one the kid that was playing soccer in the parking. I went to the reception are. They looked at me like I had five head. They do not do anything about it.

I felt the room was a bit too small and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The next day I found a scorpion in the bathroom after coming back from doing some errands in town. The manager however did take care of disposing of the scorpion.

I like the staff Mr Jose the supervisor was super helpful and some of the staff was good, the room needed, fridge, phone to communicate with the receptionist, overall the the stay was convenient

It was safe. You park your car inside the courtyard area and there is an armed guard 24/7. It is simple, but clean. The pool is small, but very pretty, partly in the shade and very well maintained. The free breakfast is buffet style and is FANTASTIC! Lots of selections, real cooked food, fresh juice, fresh fruit. No hot water, but not too bad. I know of no hotel that has hot water...lol.

Conveniently located. The staff was very polite and pleasant.The free buffet breakfast was amazing. The hotel was doing some upgrades while we stayed so the pool was not available. Also, they didn't have hot water. I'm not sure why but the room we stayed was very humid and smelled unclean. The room itself was neat but the smell didn't go away. The furniture looked very old and the indoor doorknobs were lose.
