Bed was very comfortable and food in restaurant was very good. The hotel had stained carpets in the bedroom and us generally a bit 'scuffed' - could do with a refresh generally!

I can't fault the room, it was really excellent and good value for the price. But the rest of the hotel is a real muddle.
It is not possible to find the parking, you have to park on the street and walk into reception. They will give you a laminated page of instructions - obviously this happens many times every day - but even with these it is difficult to find.
There is no food or room service before 8.30pm so you have to hang around, hungry. The pool is ok, nice temperature and views, but it is showing its age and only open 9 to 9.
Decent hotel but not even close to 5 Star.

"Hector at the front desk always went out of his way to be helpful eg. calling a cab, helping us book train tickets etc. He greeted all clients with a warm smile and his English was excellent. His restaurant suggestions also were much appreciated."
