PENTHOUSE DESCRIPTION.

Great apartment, in nice condition and well equipped. We had a lovely stay. Nice walk down to the beach, plenty of shops and bars. The surroundings are quiet and well looked after.
We were in Spain property hunting, this apartment provided us with a clean modern base which to come an go as pleased, excellent hand over both ends , good location, well appointed, nice neighbours!
Excellent condition, very well equipped. Home from home. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Peaceful location yet close to all amenities. Can’t wait to return.

The pre arrival procedures and correspondence from the owner were excellent. Our arrival at the property was very smooth. Michelle (The Property Management contact) was there on time to meet and greet us and explain everything we needed to know. Unfortunately a couple of days into our stay we experienced a very heavy storm which affected the whole area's water supply for about 10 days (basically we couldn't use the water to shower, cook, wash clothes etc). During this period the support we received from the owner via emails was very good, but Michelle in particular was outstanding - bringing us fresh towels and even offering to let her use her house to shower!The apartment itself is overall very good and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower rooms very good. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which covers a large area. There were plenty of sun beds and seating areas. One thing I would say though is maybe the sun bed cushions have seen better days and could do with replacing . Also, there is no hot tub or sea view - which are listed as apartment amenities.We had a problem with the washing machine, but the owner and Michelle were very quick to sort this and get it repaired - which as a guest is all you can ask for, we do understand that occasionally things break down.To get to the pool you have to exit the apartment and walk on the street around the corner of the complex and access is via a locked door.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Modern, well located, fabulous roof terrace.
Smaller than it looks in the photos but very modern and well-equipped. When it's hot the pool, side and roof terraces are great. The two bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you need and everything is on one floor. I would recommend this property for a sunny holiday for up to 4 adults happy to share one space. It's just a short walk to a wonderful part of the Mar Manor with beaches, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Loved this property would definitely recommend it
The property was lovely. Clean, bright, contemporary and airy making it a great first impression. The roof terrace was secluded and comfortable - we used it all the time. Only 10 mins leisurely stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants . Raymond was very helpful and accommodating and responded very quickly to a minor problem. All in all a very enjoyable short stay. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would love to return for a longer stay.

Lovely Apartment
Apartment was just what we needed, clean, fresh, bright and very modern. Nice location a lot of work going on around at the moment which wasn't a problem to us. We are cyclists and did a lot of riding around the area and further afield easily. Shops require a walk unless you have a car or bikes. Definitely Recommended.
We enjoyed 11 nights at this modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment with a stunning roof terrace!
It felt like a home from home with various bits and pieces like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc.
The town of San Pedro is a short walk away and offers so many different things to explore. It is also easy to take a bus to Cartagena, Murcia or even Alicante.
The whole complex with lovely pool area and friendly neighbours made our stay very enjoyable.
We loved staying here and will most definitely return to explore more of the area knowing that it will be in such a lovely apartment.
We had a lovely stay. Met by Diana and her husband who were happy to give us some local knowledge. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, we had a very comfortable stay. The balcony and roof terrace were fantastic. The pool was a great and very well maintained, with weekly visits from maintenance company. The walk to beach, mud baths took around 15 mins and was a struggle in the heat. Would definitely recommend a car. Lots of lovely restaurants a very plesant 10 minute walk in the evening. A great area with lots to explore nearby. Great apartment in a great area.
During the booking phase and prior to our vacation communications with Ray the host were excellent.
Must say this is one of the most well appointed and best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in.
Two bedrooms, both with ensuites, good sized lounge with air conditioning, WiFi, Multi channelled English TV.
Balcony with table, chairs and awning overlooking the pool and then an enormous very well furnished roof terrace.
What is not to like.
Would recommend the use of a car to explore the wonderful area the apartment is located in.

The Penthouse at Pueblo III
We staying in number 101 Pueblo III apartments for most of February and March this year.
On arrival we were met by Dianne and her husband. The apartment was smaller than the advertised photo but there was ample room for my wife and I. The weather for the first few days was on the cool side but the a/c unit heated the apartment quite adequately.
Once the weather improved we took advantage of the large solarium upstairs, infact spending most of the holiday on the loungers provided. The apartment itself is well kitted out, two luxurious bathrooms, two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds.
The TV in the lounge has full SKY coverage (which is more than we have at home.)

El ático muy bonito espacioso tiene todo lo necesario, buscabamos tranquilidad a sido una estancia muy agradable junto a mi pequeña familia. Buen verano!
Uiterst nette en comfortabele woning voorzien van alle comfort.
Heerlijk zwembad maar wel vlakbij terrassen onderburen. Bij warm weer (was 39 graden) vertoefden we op het dakterras omdat het achteraan 's avonds te warm was. Eventuele tip voor de eigenaar om dakterras te voorzien van een eettafel.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario, con vistas a la piscina (zona común muy limpia y cuidada), además es fresca si abres las ventanas opuestas. La terraza estupenda, con sus hamacas, sillones, toldo y barbacoa....En general muy bien.
Lovely modern apartment, very well maintained and equipped with plenty of space. Balcony overlooked the pool area with access to it from the pavement outside the complex. We generally spent time on the roof terrace as there was a breeze most days, venturing into the pool to cool off. We thought the beach was a bit of a trek in the heat although my husband did go out walking most mornings and took in the sights of the mud baths and windmills. We would probably recommend a car for access to shops and resorts although we used the local taxi company to visit the Marina de la Salinas one evening after my husband and daughter had hired bikes and ridden round the salt flats. We also took taxis to Dos Mares shopping centre in San Javier and on a few evenings we went to Los Alcazares to eat.

Beautiful Apartment
We had a wonderful holiday here and the rooftop solarium was a highlight! Very welcoming agent, Diana, and the apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and with a lovely pool. Really close to the marina, beach and all local amenities. If you have any questions, the owners are very prompt to reply and are professional and friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Heerlijk luxe appartement met dakterras
Wat een heerlijk appartement met dakterras. Het appartement heeft alles om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Appartement beschikt over 2 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. Appartement beschikt over een grote koelkast met vriezer, elektrische kookplaat met afzuigkap. 's-Avonds even de airco aanzetten en het is heerlijk koel om een heerlijke nachtrust te hebben. Verder heeft het appartement een groot dakterras met 4 ligbedden en een barbecue waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het dakterras biedt een hoop privacy de wind geeft een heerlijke verkoeling. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is via de buitenkant bereikbaar. Op ca. 900 m lopen (10 min) is de boulevard met het strand. Voor de boodschappen zijn er genoeg supermarkten in de buurt (Lidl, Carrefour enz) auto is wel nodig tijdens verblijf. Wij hebben 3 weken gebruik gemaakt van het appartement, en hebben met z'n vieren genoten van het verblijf in het appartement. Het is zeker een aanrader als je van luxe, comfort en rust houdt.

Relaxing Break
We stayed here for a week with our teenage son, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
We really enjoyed having the roof terrace for in the evenings watching the sunset and playing cards.
We hired a car, simply because we like to explore the area and visit different beaches, the local beach, shops and bars aren’t too far away either.
Having a pool available was really refreshing and not busy.
Ray was quick to answer any questions and I really liked being sent what was happening in the area before we arrived.
