"The staff esp. Louise was super friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room to a larger unit with bigger bedroom, kitchen and living room with AC. Very grateful for that! The hotel has a nice pool, a roof top terrace to watch sunset; and there are two dozen nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. We especially like the Turtle bay for seafood. We highly recommend this hotel for family with kids and for those who like to go swimming instead of surfing. "

"For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico "

"Pros: the AC was great, location close to good restaurants, good price. Cons: walls paper thin, took a long time to get hot water. Our room was ready at 12pm, but they wanted to charge us $350 pesos to go in before the check-in time at 3pm. It gave me the vibe that the front desk girl and cleaning lady wanted to pocket this money for themselves because I saw them whispering to each other after I declined their offer."

"We had cleaner every day which is great, we asked for fresh towels every day from reception, also we had an umbrella and 2 sun beds for the beach every day, which again you have to get a token from the reception, beach called Coral beach which is one of the most beautiful beach in P.T Escondido, price is good as well. "
