"Really nice waterfront property. Has a really nice feel to it with the hatched roof and really good spots to sit. One hiccup was the pickup from airport, the staff just didn't show up though they knew ahead of time what flight I was coming on and confirmed it. But I did not get any message from them when I landed and had to walk with luggage to the property. Food, staff and service was good, no issues to report here. The beach area is not good for swimming i.e. water does not look clean & swimmable though that is a problem across San pedro, it is filled with weeds and smells really bad. The resort keeps the beach weed free and not smelly."

"Everything was amazing, from being greeted at the airport, to checking in with the sweetest young gentleman, to the view and the walk to the beach room we stayed in. The Palms Oceanfront was a fantastic place to stay, the room, the ac, the full kitchen, and the staff was so memorable and great! Belize was magical "

"The rooms in this property is so out of date idk how they received a 3.9 star rating. The 1st room they gave me had mold in the ceiling and walls. The 2nd room ended up having roaches my 2nd day. I had to leave mid way thru my trip and get a different hotel. Only highlights are the air conditioning is really good, the bed was comfy, and the pool was clean. The restaurant on the property was really good and the waitress/ bartender girl was really nice and friendly. Other then that you pretty much get what you paid for. There's a reason why the price is so cheap. "
