"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

Staff were all super friendly and helpful - it was very easy to communicate via what’s app to book activities, ask for recommendations, etc. Our room was spacious and clean. "The hotel seems newly refurbished with a modern design. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a nice pool and breakfast with variety of cereals, eggs, meats, breads, cakes and fruit. Beds are comfortable and bathroom also well stocked. Close to a couple villages with agritourismo and other eating options about a 5-10 minute drive away. Closest beach is Porto Pino which was surprisingly lovely."
