"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"The property was excellent. The pictures and information did not do justice to the outside spaces. The pool is large and right next to it is the outside kitchen, with everything you need. We spent our days and evenings here and really only used the main villa to sleep. (beds have memory foam mattresses) Danielle communicated from a very early stage and was accommodating and welcoming. Overall a very very enjoyable holiday"

"the house super fine. owner and contactperson super! Guisuppina is great help and always replying on questions even on touristic topics. House is full operational and provids all you want and are used to as at home. There is coffee tea salt pepper etc etc.great pool and good working airco’s. We can recomment it. Negatieve is that you must drive 8-10 minutes to a place to have a drink or to eat. "

Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. "We liked it alot since it matched our needs. Good combination to visit restaurants and cook you orwn food. We bought local meet and vegetable's and used the grill thats included. The pool was nice to cool down in during the hot hours, and it was cleaned once a week, the water feelt fresh to swim in. Host was easy to reach and very service minded, but we didnt have any issusses during our stay."

"Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!"

Un'altra piccola cosa: consiglio di cambiare gli asciugamani in camera perché sono troppo sottili e vecchi ed è ora di cambiarli. Non asciugano il corpo dopo il bagno. Parcheggio molto comodo."

"Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!"
