"Condo is in an excellent location for access to the public beach. Also has 2 patios that you can enjoy sunrise and sunsets on. Plenty of living space in the central part of the condo. Management was also very helpful with some items. Only disappointment was having one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. For guests renting a condo for a week…we should be provided enough TP for the week…had to go out and buy such."

Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away."

I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub.
