"The place is as described. It is cutely decorated and it was very clean. Roberto was very helpful and informative. He helped us with the luggage when we checked in and offered to help on checkout since we had to park in public parking some distance away. FYI- the WiFi signal was weak and sporadic. "This is a very unique hotel. You need a car and it is a little tricky to find. It is located in a botanic garden. Breakfast in a greenhouse. The grounds are very large with multiple conference areas. Breakfast was cold stuff but adequate. It was like a buddest retreat. Very calming."
