Modern and cosy apartment, located at the 1st floor (building with elevator and without architectural barriers) on Churruca street, right in the historical centre of San Sebastian. The area is quiet and safe and the apartment is only 1 minute walking distance to the famous La Concha beach. It is the perfect starting point for you to discover all areas of the city.
Only 2 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries and many cafes, restaurants and pintXo bars.
At the apartment, you will find a sunny and modern living room that guides you to a couple of double cosy rooms. Two spectacular complete bathrooms. There is also a dining area with a capacity to host 4 people and also a kitchen provided with everything you need for you to feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment is completely equipped with a TV , a washing machine, flat iron and its table, waterboiler, juice squeezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine... and of course, high speed WIFI and cable television
