This recently refurbish apartment is a perfect option for families or groups or adults.
Excellent location in the heart of Gros, the Soho of Donostia, and its just a stroll away from the main places of interest : 10 minutes to Avenida de la Libertad in a straight line , 10 minutes to Zurriola beach, 20 minutes to the Old part and La Concha Beach.
Inside the apartments, all rooms are very spacious, beds are exptremely large, 180x 200cms, and there are fans in all rooms. There is also a spacious terrace facing and inner courtyard, covered with a huge canopy to give privacy. . Wifi and Smart TV also available.

Positve and negative

Nice apartment, good location. Clean enough, although he bathroom could be better cleaned. Good shower. The only disadvantage is the noise of the ventilation that is really disturbing to sleep or sit outside.
