This property has the BEST location. Close to everything you might want to do during your stay. It is quiet and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Air cond works great as do washer and dryer
Air cond works great as do washer and dryer. Overall it met our expectations and was a safe and comfortable place to stay.
Some noise from construction and no view from accommodation.
San Sebastian Apartment: Prime Location, Agency Falls Short
The apartment is a clean, spacious apartment centrally located in San Sebastian with AC. Overall we were very impressed with the apartment due to easy communication with the rental agency, effective AC during a heat wave, enough space for six people and a great location. It was well situated for a short walk to La Concha, Parte Vieja, and Gros.Unfortunately, there are few things that deserve mentioning due to the price tag of the apartment. The sheets were thread bare with pilling and did not properly fit the beds properly, resulting in us remaking the beds almost daily. The apartment was not well stocked, with only a couple of rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and a sparse amount of dish soap and dishwasher soap. The agency was not willing to restock any items that ran out, but required us to go and purchase them ourselves. Finally, no beach towels were provided. Overall, the apartment was nice, quiet and in a great location. I would consider staying there again.

La acogida en la agencia y los servicios del apartamento son muy buenos para unos días de otoño. El apartamento está perfectamente situado y es muy tranquilo. Está oscuro pero eso es un detalle para nosotros.
Sólo faltan algunos productos como aceite, sal, etc. Pero por lo demás, nuestra estancia fue perfecta.

La calefacción no servía, pasamos un frió horroroso. Y no tienen una sola cobija extra, y el check out demasiado temprano la verdad … las almohadas malísimas, pero lo demás muy normal

Estancia muy agradable y ubicación excelente
La felxibilidad que dieron a la hora de entrar y salir. Además, el apartamento estaba perfectamente limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente.
Algunas habitaciones son bastante pequeñas. Se hubiera agradecido algún detalle de bienvenida (cápsulas de café, agua, etc.) aprovechando que el apartamento está bien equipado.

The apartment is in a great location. Only a few blocks from the beach and to Old Town. Shopping and restaurants right out the door. The twin bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side but more than adequate. It was clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen. It does not have AC but we didn't need it. The rental company answered all of our question and the automatic key pickup worked out great. I would recommend this apartment if you don't need a lot of space.
Very easy check in. Good apartment. This is our 6th year visiting. We know how the apartments have been divided up, so the sometimes unlogic and lack of window light no longer bothers us. Life in San Sebastián is outside. Fantastic food, and friendly Spanish people.

Super Lage - Super Wohnung
Die sehr saubere Wohnung hat uns nicht zuletzt wegen der perfekten Lage begeistert. Geschmackvoll möbliert und frisch renoviert mit sehr schönen Holzdielen und schönen Bädern. Für sehr geräuschempfindliche Leute mag sie ein wenig hellhörig sein, da man die Nachbarn ab und an durch die Decke hören kann. Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
