Great hotel, some staff super pleasant , front desk lady accused us of their mistake, awful , did not ask what happened just said we did it. She should not be at front desk setting a bad tone for the entire hotel.

Nice hotel, clean , pleasant with nice views. Staff accused me of double booking, we informed the front desk that we may stay 2 nights but will decide later, but he booked us while I booked later on Expedia. At check out the lady accused us of double booking and they lost the customer, how rude to accuse the customer for their incompetence.

Dear Customer, We are very sorry to read his comment.Anyway, we inform you that we have a very professional and qualified reception staff , not incompetent.Normally, when the clients who have already checked in and want to modify their stay, they ask at the reception desk to do it, and this is what you did.What we did not expect is that you would make another reservation through Expedia, for the same time. We finally had a free room , even though the hotel was fully booked. The only reality is that the room hotel has not been sold and charged and we still have to read a negative and hurtful comments from you. It is not fair.

My only minor complaint is the lack of a coffee maker in the rooms. That is something that is expected in such hotels. Other than that, it was fine.

An Edwardian-era hotel that preserves the character of its past without sacrificing modern comfort. The view over the sea is astounding. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The best thing about hotel Niza is the location and view of the beach if you paid an arm and a leg for it. Undoubtably it has one of the best panoramic views of the Concha beaches. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, it pretty much stops there. They lacked several amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel room size was extremely small. We were asked to purchase a second room because our sea facing room only had a Twin sized bed and there were 3 of us. We were super hot in our hotel room as there was no AC and it was 80 F outside. We kept our window open to sleep at night but then we were victim to all the noise from the beach crowds. The elevator was from 1940’s for a maximum 2 people and was super slow (we usually ended up taking stairs). Also the location of the hotel was away from a lot great Tapas restaurants which were a minimum 15 min walk from it. In all, you get a great view and not much more of anything else at a very steep per night rate.

Hotel Niza is absolutely beautiful and so very close to the beach. It is full of old world charm and new world amenities. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and can answer any number of questions. I would definitely return!

This hotel is probably one of the best we’ve ever been to. Our room was bright, clean and very comfortable. Every employee that we encountered was nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cannot recommend this property enough. We had a seaview room and it did not disappoint, the window/door to the balcony was beautiful overlooking the bay. We stayed here for my husbands birthday and we were delightfully impressed. We did wish there was room service available but that did not effect our stay. Beautiful property, we will be back !!

Location is a must. The hotel is in very good condition, charming and had a very good restaurant. Don’t miss the arroz con crustáceos it is the best I ever had ( I’m Spanish) 😜

We ate at this hotel on our outbound trip and enjoyed it so much we booked a stay at the hotel for our return journey. Excellent food and service, very clean and comfortable and we had a spectacular view of the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location, highly recommend ocean view rooms. It is fabulous to wake up to these views and sound of ocean waves. Very affordable and great location. Only challenge is parking; they only have very few spots and you need to reserve it ahead (not mentioned anywhere on expedia website). Alternatively they have good deal (22EUR) with a private parking on a close-by plazza.

It is a very noisy place. 3am there were fireworks going off (we were on the 5th floor)! There are floorboards everywhere that are so noisy & squeaky from the floors above, when someone flushed the loo in the room next door or above? It sounds like it’s in your room. Nice hotel but don’t expect a decent nights sleep - or take good earplugs! We had a balcony, city view room.

It's centrally located on Concha Beach, which was great even though the room didn't have a view of the water. The room was fairly spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom clean and a good size. There was even a day bed in the entrance. The only shortcoming was the poor wifi signal in the room apparently because the room was too far away from the router. The woman at the desk offered to reset the router, which imporoved the signal, but only temporarily.

Classy beachfront hotel
Great view, great location along beach promenade, could hear the ocean while we slept. Bed was very firm, a bit too firm. Classic vintage look but clean.
