This spectacular apartment is located on the first floor of a building a few steps from the Boulevard and the Old Town. The building is located on Legazpi street, it has an elevator and the apartment has been completely renovated at the end of 2020.

The space has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has high end appliances and opens onto the spacious living room and dining area. The apartment also stands out for its super high ceilings. Gorgeous French balconies overlook Legazpi Street. It has heating for the winter months and fans for the summer. It also has free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The apartment also has a workspace at the main bedroom which consists on a desk, a monitor that has both HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, with its cables, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse. In brief: It's a perfect spot to connect the laptop and telecommute .
