Enjoyable stay, good location
Easy access to the old town, great sea view, but the room is on the small size given the high price we paid. The toilet can be more meticulously cleaned. More hot dishes for breakfast is desired.

Good overall
Very clean and staff helpful. Room comfortable but smaller than photo. Also we requested a quiet room and were given one on main road - too noisy to sleep with open windows but air con was very quiet.

The hotel itself is in a decent location but is quite dated. The blinds may as well not have been there, there was no way to keep the light out of the room which affected my sleep greatly. The breakfast was really bad, I was shocked given the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it was very expensive for the basic level of accommodation provided.

The Codina Hotel is a 3-star property located on the western side of town. Since I needed to be be on this part of town, it was perfect for me. The room rate was great (average $54/night), rhe room had a functional decoration, windows were double-glassed (therefore the street noises were kept out of the room), the TV had many channels. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine or a tea kettle.

1. Room was not cleaned properly even though stuffs seemed to be well arranged in tidy. Hairs were all around on bed, floor and toilet. The toilet seat was stained. As soon as I checked-in, I went out for sightseeing and was back to around 9:30pm for sleep. When I open white bed cover, I found hairs on the top side surprisingly and I started to look around to check cleanness condition. I claimed it to front desk and a guy came up 20minutes later and changed all bedding stuffs and vacuumed all inside the room. I spent almost 1 hour while the cleaner was cleaning with door opening for ventilation. It was worst! 2. I requested DB room. They give me twin bed attached with 2single bed. 3. Bed was spring. Accordingly sometimes noisy. 4. I stayed 2days. For the 2nd night, even though the front desk told me to be able to arrange the DB room with better view, I decided to stay the same room because I questioned the cleanness condition to happen again.

Nice warm welcome, very accommodating for families with dogs. They provided a blanket and food bowl for the dog. Nice clean big comfy room would definitely stay again

The location was very good and parking locally was free at the weekend so that was a nice bonus. Breakfast was poor though, cooked food amounted to scrambled eggs, bacon and tiny sausages and I had to wait for both bacon and sausages to arrive. Staff were friendly and it was clean.

Very nice location close to Ondarreta beach, and right next to a bus stop so there’s easy access to town center. Very clean, bright and spacious triple room with very comfortable beds. Staff helpful and friendly. Loved everything about the hotel except for the WiFi which was almost completely useless in our room, although it turned fine in the hotel lobby.

when we booked, we choose the Double bed (which was not upon availability) but was clear choice either two single beds or one double bed. When we were asked for special requests (we requested a balcony) the hotel emailed us back saying that they only have balconies( terrace) in the superior rooms which are on the upper floor and that will cost additional 25 Euros to the room rate per date which was already over priced for a 3 stars hotels (200$ per night) also excluding breakfast and excluding a parking. We asked the hotel to send photos, but they replied that they do not have photos for those rooms. however, we accepted to take the superior room and to pay the additional 75 euros for three nights. When we arrive to the hotel we found out that those rooms do not have double beds (but two single attached beds), after discussion with the lady from the reception claiming that we were clear about the double bed option as we were honey mooners they claimed that they do not have any availability and refused to refund us, but offered to see whether they can offer a complimentary breakfast. The parking is in the basement of 200 meters away building and they charge you (23-25 Euros). At checkout we were surprised that we have been charged for the breakfast despite that we only had breakfast once at the property. Also, this hotel does not have a room service, (breakfast, ice... cannot be delivered to the room).

Very clean room and hotel Reception staff were very helpful and polite The breakfast room is really depressing looking like a school cantine and the breakfast could be vastly improved. The waitress look constantly stressed and not happy to see customers. Tables were not laid out and pastries and bread were not freshly baked. A disappointing experience.

The staff at check in were warm and very helpful . The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach front and restaurants at the back . The room was like new and the luxurious bathroom provided the best rain shower for a weary traveler. Breakfast was sumptuous with some local favorites included.

Lovely hotel, great welcome from staff on reception even with a late arrival. Helpful with tips about the beautiful city. Room spacious and very clean and hotel itself was good. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. My only little complaint was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but other than that, would defiantly stay again.

Great rooms, lots of space, clean, modern, large beds, excellent service, good English spoken, nice breakfast - views from our room on the 5th floor - good location about 10/15 mins walk to the front. Beautiful bay and sea front, old town about 30/40 mins walk - Car parking at the hotel is expensive at 16 euro's per day, and is very limited
