"Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"

"What an amazing town, such a nice apartment beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Nothing to complaint about. The parking place is close, and you have a nice restaurant close by please do not miss it Restaurante il convento. Thanks Cristina for being so nice and so attentive. "

"Nice room. Shower floor not the cleanest. Hairs present. One concern was finding the property. Not an easy thing. Another concern was how you enter and leave the property. The outside gate is always locked and you have to request the front desk to open it. Our room was in a different building and we didn't pass the front desk so we had to press a button and wait for them to open the gate. So coming back to the hotel you had to press a button and wait again for them to open the gate. A bit of a hassle."
