The views,the pool and the company.

We had a wonderful week in Casa Benessere. The house was the perfect size and layout for a multi-generational family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone and large communal areas. The kitchen was very well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was great. The views are absolutely incredible and the house is ideally situated - a very tranquil setting but with lots of activities a short drive away. Beautiful towns and villages to wander around (the view from Cingoli in particular was stunning), not too far to the coast for a dip in the Adriatic and a couple of water parks for more active days. We were all very sad to leave.

Summer Bliss

The house and its surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. A very comfortable stay for our group of two families with adult children with various bedrooms to choose from. Views are stunning and the house is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Everything else you need can be found in San Severino Marche, a 12 mins drive from the house. Highly recommend a yoga session with Stefano, and Francesca cooked a fabulous birthday dinner with her team. Thank you to Alessandro and Riccardo for the warm welcome and assistance throughout. Anniversary

A group of us stayed at Casa Benessere to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We had celebrated our 10th there so we knew what to expect- a fantastic property in a great location. Sarah had arranged an anniversary card as a really nice welcoming touch along with a welcome pack. Alessandro ( who looks after the property) was really great ahead of our arrival and although my Italian is Ok, I didn’t need it as his English is so good Sarah- Grazie Mille e tourneremo!

Fantastic house with a wonderful view

Large house with generous spaces both outside and inside with a luxurious feel. We were three families who cooked, bathed in pollen, went on fun excursions and cycled in the surroundings. One evening we booked our own chef and two mornings a professional yoga instructor. Pool and yoga studio are amazing. One day we went to the coast. We got good tips in the information folder in the house. The local restaurant was superb.

Perfect family holiday

What can we say! Everything from the booking process through to the stay was brilliant. The house and grounds were beautiful and the pool was perfect Sarah answered every question we threw at her. She helped us to find a local chef to come in a few nights and cook defiantly recommend the chef was brilliant and the food was just what we wanted. Alessandro was brilliant and on hand to help with anything needed whilst we were there, he also helped us to sort car hire and transfers to and from the airport which were really great and a brilliant price. The local area was lovely we had some lovely walks through San Severino, El Cito and other local places. We also visited the Frassasi caves, Cingoli town to see the view from the blacony of the Marches and took a boat trip from Numana port with Durasse boat. We highly recommend this house for a great family holiday, loads of space, every room has its own bathroom, all areas were clean amd tidy, beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed with loads of plates, cups and glasses etc, outdoor area was lovely with a large pool and great sunloungers. Overall a brilliant holiday for our family.

Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day.

Better than we imagined!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. There were 13 of our friends that travelled to Le Marche for a friends wedding and this was the perfect place for a large group. We appreciated the easy communication with the hosts and how accommodating they were with our questions. It was so convenient for every room to include an ensuite bathroom, and the large kitchen, outdoor dining space, and pool area were major pluses. The photos are beautiful, but we were so impressed with how stunning the property was in person. Thank you!

Breathtaking views, beautiful place for a retreat

I booked this for a Pilates retreat and was not disappointed. From the beginning the owners were helpful, informative and accommodating. Which made the planning of the retreat totally stress free. We arrived after a tiring journey and were greeted warmly by the caretaker with a very thoughtful hamper of goodies. The villa was gorgeous. Exceeding my expectations, the photos do not do it justice. The situation looks out over some wonderful views. There is so much space inside and out. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We spent a wonderful week enjoying the pool, yoga space and kitchen. The owner also helped us to arrange a night out in the local restaurant, a wonderful evening wine-tasting with Giovanni (highly recommended) and a massage therapist to come to the villa. Such a wonderful week at the perfect place. Will book again!!

Vacances d’été en Italie

Très bon accueil de la part d’Alessandro et Riccardo, qui sont extrêmement gentils. Bonne communication également avec Sarah, qui est réactive et agréable. Les trois maisons sont très confortables, accueillantes et bien équipées, le lieu est magnifique, la piscine super grande et nous avons pu avoir des moments de partage et conviviaux pour les 18 que nous sommes. Cuisiner pour 18 n’était pas difficile la cuisine est très pratique, super bien équipée, deux frigos, un lave-vaisselle, deux fours et des grands plans de travail. La vaisselle est aussi dédiées aux grands groupes, les serviettes de bain pour la piscine sont super car elles sont grandes, et le linge de maison est fournis.Nous avons passé de bons moments dehors ou à l’intérieur, et pour ceux qui souhaitent s’isoler des autres cela est possible dans les chambres ou la salle de yoga. La vue est magnifique.

Fantastiskt boende i vacker miljö

Boendet var uppdelat på tre hus som passade oss perfekt. 4 familjer med tonårsbarn där alla hade egna badrum vilket är önskvärt när man är så många. Rummen är rymliga och har det man behöver plus en fantastisk utsikt. Stort och bra kök med matsal med plats för att äta inne och fin uteplats för både middag och häng. Det finns otroligt mycket att upptäcka i omgivningarna och hyfsat nära kusten (en timme). Kontakten med värden och vaktmästaren på plats har fungerat jättebra. Vi är supernöjda och kan varmt rekommendera denna pärla!

Rust met een prachtig uitzicht

Wij hebben hier verbleven met onze dochters, schoonzonen en kleinkinderen (15 personen). Ontzettend veel ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten, om iedereen te laten genieten. Perfect ingerichte keuken met meer dan voldoende materiaal. Kok aan huis laten komen is zeker een aanrader. Een ruim zwembad dat goed onderhouden wordt (Alessandro en Riccardo zijn steeds bereikbaar en hulpvaardig). Wij kiezen elk jaar een andere locatie uit om te verkennen, maar hier komen we mogelijks nog eens terug.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Casa Benessere. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Großzügigkeit der Anlage bietet eine Menge Optionen. Auch eine große Gruppe kommt hier gut zurecht. Alles war sehr gepflegt und das Kochen an der großen Kochinsel war eine einzige Freude. Viele Grüße

Ein wundervolles Anwesen

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist ideal für viele Personen mit Kindern. Es liegt sehr idyllisch. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Klimatisierung (Es gibt nur ein mobiles Klima-Gerät).

Vacanza di relax fra le colline

Le tre case sono assolutamente perfette per un gruppo da 16 persone fino a un massimo di 20 con i divani letti. Nessun vicino nella zona che si possa disturbare, perfetto per fare una vacanza fra amici ma anche per cercare relax se si è in famiglie numerose. Cucina unica per le 3 abitazioni ma davvero spettacolare. Tavola grande affianco la cucina con la possibilità di far stare tutti senza problemi. Unica piccola mancanza è una scrivania in ogni camera con un paio di sedie, magari si deve studiare/lavorare senza troppi disturbi che troveresti andando nella sala grande. Per il resto davvero un'esperienza indimenticabile e consigliata a tutti.

This property is just amazing. We had a wonderful week with our friends and kids. Each room has it's own bathroom and access. The views are wonderful and the kitchen is just perfectly equipped. This place is also a hidden gem for Yogis or workout lovers, they have an own studio :) Would love to come back!

Einfach perfekt

Alles war genau wie beschrieben - einfach wunderbar. Perfekt für eine große Gruppe geeignet , der Yoga Raum mit grossartigem Blick- toll ausgestattete riesige Küche und der schöne Pool. Allesandro hat jede Kleinigkeit sofort erledigt und war sehr nett. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Service! Unser Highlight war unsere Köchin Francesca, die uns an 3 Abenden jedes Mal mit erstklassigen 4 Gänge Menüs verwöhnt hat. Absolut empfehlenswert! Einziger kleiner Hinweis : das Haus ist etwas abseits von jedem Trubel - wenige Restaurants etc. in der Nähe- also Erholung pur mit absoluter Ruhe! Das Meer bei Sirolo ist etwas mehr als 1 Stunde entfernt, aber es lohnt sich- herrlich warm und türkisblau! Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub- sehr empfehlenswert !

Il posto è fantastico, tranquillo e rilassante, in mezzo alle colline marchigiane. E comunque a 15 minuti in auto da San Severino, dove ci sono tutti i servizi. Camere spaziose, con bagni confortevoli. Molto ben arredato e con tutto il necessario. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare tanti posti interessanti. Noi abbiamo visitato, oltre ai tanti borghi medievali e abbazie nei dintorni, anche le grotte di Frasassi, Spoleto, Assisi, il Conero ...
