The old rural villa, at the center of a large agricultural property and presently under restoration, has been the place of residence for the ancestors of the owner's family since the seventeenth century. It is presently dedicated to vacation rentals and it is still furnished with authentic pieces of furniture from the past. Bucolic panorama and pleasant walks, in the immediate vicinities, contribute to the feeling of a quiet and reserved atmosphere. IMPORTANT: WE COMMUNICATE TO OUR FUTURE GUESTS THAT STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 AND FOR THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2026 THE MAIN HOUSE (the one on the left of the main picture) WILL BE SUBJECT TO RENOVATION WORKS. WORKSITE IS IN A PROTECTED AND SAFE CONSTRUCTION SITE, RESPECTING THE USABILITY OF THE SPACES INTENDED FOR TOURIST USE, WORKERS HAVE A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND USED TO RESPECT GUESTS PRIVACY. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war insgesamt angenehm, auch wenn es einige kleinere Mängel gab.
Sauberkeit: Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
Lage: Die Lage ist hervorragend, oben auf einem Berg mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Landschaft.
Wohnungen: Die Wohnungen sind groß und geräumig. Leider sind sie nicht klimatisiert, aber mit offenem Fenster war es auszuhalten.
Grillplatz: Aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten am Hauptgebäude war der große, auf den Fotos gezeigte Grillplatz leider nicht zugänglich. Das war sehr schade, da es einer der Hauptgründe für unsere Buchung war. Es gab jedoch einen kleinen gemauerten Grill, sodass wir dennoch grillen konnten.
Pool: Der Pool ist riesig und hat eine flache Zone für Nichtschwimmer. In den Morgenstunden kam immer jemand, der den Pool gereinigt hat. Ein paar Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren leider eingerissen, vermutlich aufgrund des Saisonverlaufs. Die Zeitschaltuhr für die Poolbeleuchtung war defekt und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Wir hatten jedoch drei Nächte mit manuell eingeschalteter Beleuchtung zum nächtlichen Baden. An den anderen Nächten haben wir ohne Beleuchtung gebadet, was dank der Lampen um den Pool herum dennoch möglich war.
Fazit: Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm und die Ferienwohnung kann weiterempfohlen werden. Der Vermieter ist sehr kommunikativ und bemüht sich, alle Anliegen zeitnah zu erledigen.
