The house is not far from Serrapetrona, well known town in wich you can find the Vernaccia red wine. 10 km far from San Severino Marche, nice art town with masterpieces of painting as Pinturicchio. Property is in a very peaceful area, within the nature and with a wonderful countryside view. From there you just can stay in total relax and privacy or starting discovery the sorroundings by car or bike. You can also taste local productions like wine, oil of olive and local food made still genuine.

Tolles Anwesen

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus bietet alles für eine große Gruppe und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und bietet für eine große Gruppe ausreichend Platz. Im Garten gibt es einen tollen Pizzaofen. Auch das Haus selbst eignet sich super für einen Urlaub mit Freuden. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad. Es gab lediglich einen kleinen Nachteil, eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frediano war einwandfrei und wir konnten ihn jederzeit mit fragen kontaktieren. Seine Tips wo man toll essen gehen kann waren super. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

Beautiful house, huge garden, excellent service

We had a great time at this beautiful secluded house with lots of space outside to sit in the sun or shadow, or walk around the premises; espcially fun if you love a little bit of gardening yourself. There is enough to do and Le Marche is a beautiful undiscovered region. The swimming pool is big enough and clean. The owners are very friendly and generous,, but they do care very much about their enherited property and are around quite often to water plants or cut the grass. The furnture is antique but because of ample space even with small children it is doable. Warning: You have to have a strong car to get on to the driveway.

Un'oasi nella natura !!

Siamo stati una settimana in questa stupenda location immersa nella natura, dove trovare pace e relax lontani dallo stress cittadino. La struttura è veramente molto grande ed accogliente, ogni ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli ed ogni stanza ha il suo bagno personale per garantire la massima comodità e privacy. La casa inoltre è molto pulita e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno.Ci sentiamo di consigliare il posto soprattutto a chi ha la necessità di viaggiare con i propri animali domestici, vista l'immensità del giardino intorno alla villa. Non esistono elementi di disturbo, sarete a stretto contatto con la natura, ma basteranno solo 10 minuti di auto per raggiungere la vicina cittadina e provvedere alle vostre necessità. La piscina è confortevole e la casa è dotata di wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. Infine una menzione particolare ai proprietari, persone cortesi e veramente disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutarvi per qualsiasi esigenza e ben disposti ad ascoltare i consigli dei propri ospiti. Settimana splendida

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nella settimana di ferragosto in un gruppo di 12 persone. Ottima location, spazio esterno curato che ci ha permesso di stare a contatto con la natura, consentendoci di fare fantastiche passggiate nei senteri delle colline circostanti. Funzionale spazio piscina. L'interno della casa era perfetto, pulito e ben attrezzato. Unico suggerimento, considerando gli spazi esterni e la splendida vista, si potrebbe organizzare uno spazio esterno attrezzato per mangiare all'aperto, magari dotato di barbecue. Proprietari cordiali e cortesi, ottima assistenza per ogni necessità. Struttura consigliatissima!

WEEK END IN TOTALE RELAX

Abbiamo trascorso un week end per noi perfetto: eravamo tre famiglie con ragazzi dai 10 ai 16 anni. Immersi completamente nella natura e lontani (ma non dispersi, 15 minuti di macchina da S.Severino Marche, dove fare la spesa) da ogni fonte di rumore molesto. Ampi spazi verdi dove correre, fare ginnastica e sdraiarsi al sole, la piscina (con lettini) perfetta per dare ai ragazzi la possibilità di divertirsi e giocare. Il casale é molto accogliente e spazioso, appena ristrutturato, noi eravamo in 13 e stavamo molto comodi, considerando che ogni camera ha il suo bagno e la cucina ben attrezzata é molto più spaziosa di come si vede in foto, inoltre anche il soggiorno ha un tavolo allungabile che ci accoglieva tutti comodamente. Arredata con gusto e in stile casa di campagna ha tutte la comodità che servono, completa di biancheria bagno e piscina, camera, e cucina, persino il phon in ogni bagno! I proprietari poi una coppia veramente affabile e cortese ci hanno riempito di premure. Una location ideale per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici che amano la natura. Unici "difetti" se proprio vogliamo trovarli: al momento non ha wifi e non c'è campo ovunque per telefonare, Tv piccola ma noi non l'abbiamo quasi mai usata, presenza di insetti, ma d'altronde la natura qui é veramente natura, cmq di sera tantissime lucciole un vero spettacolo. Noi potendoci ritorneremo, magari per un periodo un pò più lungo.
